- The Stone Mill Ballroom can accommodate a maximum of 300 people for a seated event

- We also offer a wide variety of cuisine styles. (Plated, Buffet, Family Style, Live cooking stations)
- The only outside food item permitted in the restaurant is your celebratory cake/cupcakes (which is/are optional – as our chefs desserts are very tasty!)
Cake/cupcake service
- If you choose to bring your own cake in addition to our house dessert, plating service for a cake or cupcakes is $1.50 per guest.

Payment & Deposit
- A 10% deposit of your total bill will be required at time of booking. Additional deposits may be required for type of event.
Cancellation Policy
- Your cancellation policy will be discussed with the event planner. Cancellation time will be on an event basis. Should you cancel after the cancellation date, your deposit or credit card will be charged.
- If your guarantee number of guest drop below 80%, a guest fee + HST will be charged
Iron Chef Room
Capacity
- The Iron Chef Room can accommodate a maximum of 18 people for a seated event
Availability
- Any day of the week (Morning, Lunch or Dinner)
Timing
- Morning events can start as early as 8:00am and finish by 10:45 am
- Lunch events can start as early as 11:00am and finish by 3:45pm
- Dinner events can start as early as 4:00pm with bar closing at 1am
Cake/cupcake service
- If you choose to bring your own cake in addition to our house dessert, plating service for a cake or cupcakes is $1.50 per guest.

- 50” television with audio visual capability.

Payment & Deposit
- A $200 deposit hold will be required to secure a buyout booking.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your event at any time, however, we ask that in the event you need to cancel, that you give us as much notice as you are able. Notice of at least 48 hours is appreciated. Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice a $200.00 administration fee + HST will be charged.
- If your guarantee number of guest drop below 80%, a $20.00 guest fee + HST will be charged
